With more than 25 years of experience modernizing call centers and telephony operations, he has built a reputation for seeing clarity where others see chaos. Clients consistently rely on him for his ability to cut through complexity, simplify decisions, and deliver solutions that actually work.
Brandon’s career began in the early days of AOL, managing infrastructure for its global call centers — an environment that demanded speed, precision, and reliability. That experience shaped his lifelong commitment to elevating customer experience through smart technology, thoughtful design, and a relentless focus on outcomes.
Today, Brandon is the behind-the-scenes expert that private equity firms, business leaders, and national healthcare networks call when they can’t afford to get it wrong.
