Brandon, CBA Solutions founder, has over 25 years’ experience. As an expert technology integrator, Brandon cut his teeth at AOL during its early days. He started as the call center infrastructure manager, and he quickly rose through the ranks due to his strong problem solving skills, technical expertise, and customer-first approach. Over 14 years, Brandon held a variety of high-profile technology director roles. Highlights include providing IT direction to 9 call centers globally, directing its White Glove program, and managing a 55-member high-performing team. After leaving AOL, Brandon served as CIO at Surpass. He oversaw the IT infrastructure and migrated their call center to VOIP services.
After hours, you can find Brandon at home with his lovely wife and family. He’s a proud father of five, with three sons in the Kentucky Air National Guard.
